AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICAL
we
install leading brands of marine
chilled water air conditioning
systems since 1995. Also we
undertake wiring of pleasure
vessels with quality cables and
panels.
HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEMS,
PLUMBING WORKS AND ANCHOR
WINCHES
we
install in board and out board
steering system with equipments
sourced from leading
manufactures up to 170 feet
vessels. Piping work with
copper, steel, stainless steel
and flexible hose. We also
retrofit existing systems
suitable for auto pilot
operations and other customers
requirements. We install
electrical and hydraulic
vertical and horizontal anchor
winches and capstans. We prepare
electrical panels for steering
systems and anchor winches. We
install PVC, PPR, Copper piping
work for hot and cold water and
for chilled water air
conditioning.
Propulsion System
we
install stern tubes, tail
shafts, couplings, propeller,
rudder. we also check and
correct alignment of the
existing vessels.
Full range of steel & other
alloy fabrication and
manufacturing capability for
boat/vessel construction, MIG/
TIG, Stick & Gravity Metal Arc
Welding routines are used. Also,
Naval Engineer is certified to
weld special steel and non-
ferrous metals. An internal
quality control of all welding
is practiced. All welders are
tested & qualified internally.

decorative fittings and
polishing of Stainless steel
materials.
Sheet cutting and bending
machines up to 8mm, conventional
and CNC lathe machines, milling
machines, pipe rolling, sheet
rolling machines, shaft aligning
fixtures, measuring equipments.
The Mechanical Workshop houses
an extensive range of state of
the art machinery equipment
which includes lathe machines,
balancing machines and Sheet
cutting and bending machines up
to 8mm, conventional and CNC
lathe machines, milling
machines, pipe rolling, sheet
rolling machines, shaft aligning
fixtures, measuring equipments.
The experienced workforce has
the ability to handle all types
of mechanical repairs such as
overhauling of Gearboxes,
Propellers, Tail Shafts, Pumps,
Compressors and Hydraulic
Steering Systems.
